Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

At Adige Dosa House, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
  • Your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery.
  • GNDC HOSPITALITY AND EVENTS PRIVATE LIMITED cancelling your order due to (A) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery, zones; (B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking.
  • You cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.
  • Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
  • All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 5-7 working days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card

Food Items: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items unless they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged food item, please contact us immediately with details of the issue.

Non-Food Items: We may accept returns of non-food items within [number] days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Food Items: If your return is approved for a defective or damaged food item, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Non-Food Items: If your return is approved for a non-food item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at dosa@adige.house
